No play by play on dark skin

I imported my 14 league to 15 and I don't have any play by play text on my game screen. I think I have a black font on a black background. All other screens are fine. Any ideas?

I did change to the dark skin, saved the game and restarted it but still no text.

Using the dark skin I noticed that under the 3d option the text for camera position is all squiggles.

I also have the same problem with text not displaying with the dark skin.
