Freezing Frame issue

Just bought the game yesterday and boy am I enjoying it. The only problem I am having is that every once in a while when a player comes off the DL or I get a personal message or anything and the extra menu pops up for me to push okay it freezes. I then can close the button at the top and menu changes but I cant click anything still and must Cont+Alt+Delete to shut the game down and go back to wherever I previously saved it. Can anybody help with this problem?

Unless it's demanding an action, try using the ESC key rather than clicking OK and see if you get different results.
