Need advice/help

I was wondering if there was a way to take any random picture from the internet and be able to use it as a logo?

Team logos have to be in a png format and proportioned equally or they will look distorted in the game... I use 300 x 300 for logos, 150 x 150 will work the same... League logos have to be png format and sized 150 x 150 to work...
