Park factors dissappear every season

Playing a historic league with the Spritze DB, random player generation from all eras per season. I set the game to neutralized stats ratings. I noticed the park factors, using real life MLB teams and stadiums, were all set to neutral 1.000 at the beginning of the same. I used another DB to change them all, new season comes along, all back to 1.000. I have to manually reenter the db settings every season. Is this because I am using neutralized stats or is this just the way the game works in this type of scenario?

Historical stats whether real or neutralized already have the park factor included, so the as played game should have all park factors at 1.

With Neutralized stats, the park factors are already in the import. I believe they will stay the same after your initial change if you choose not to modify certain aspects in the league setup each year. But it seems that is exactly how it should be with neutralized stats

With neutralized stats and park factors, if you wish to have unique settings for ballparks make sure you knock down Gambo's (I am assuming you are using his park factor mod) settings by a half or more after the 1.

e.g.
Forbes Field might come in with a triple factor of 1.488. Change it to 1.244

So if I went back to ratings based on real stats and the park factors set by the db, it would effectively give me the same results, correct?
