League Corruption Question

From the last point in which my game saved, I was a few days into the playoffs and managed to sign a player to an extension before my computer lost power unexpectedly. I was able to load the game just fine and the game had to delete some files since they were from a future date. The only thing I noticed is that the human manager picture was gone, but I think I should just be able to update pictures and everything will go back to normal to my knowledge.

I was able to offer the player the same extension just fine and got into some more playoff games (some of the results/series are now different which is annoying, but I guess it wasn't meant to be).

Is there anything I need to watch out for to determine if my league is now unhealthy on a technical level? For example, I'm afraid player development or the game engine will now be screwy due to the unexpected close. I don't want to put more time into this league only to have it go corrupt on me in the future.

I cannot guarantee no problems. I have had my laptop power down from battery life and overheating. I have had no ill effects. It seems the same a CTL+ALT+DEL.

I have had my computer crash several times while OOTP was open, and have seen no ill effects (besides losing a 15 game win streak).
