How do I release license
Maybe didn't think ahead, but...
Shut down my old PC and set-up my new one last night. Now I need to do the really important stuff like getting my games up and running. I had OOTP 14 on my old PC and I have it on a laptop. How can I release the license from the old PC so I can download and play on the new one? Also while I'm at it. I have another license for the hockey game, but no idea where the email is from when I bought it. How would I get the license key for that game? |

Open OOTP > Preferences > License > Release license/un-license game
This will help you for your hockey license. http://store5.esellerate.net/Store/Support/default.aspx Last edited by ukhotstove; 03-20-2014 at 09:16 AM. |

Could submit a ticket OOTP Developments - Kayako eSupport Help Desk Software
Also if you only had it on your old pc you still have a license left so could still play while waiting for a reply to your ticket, I know some complain about the ticket process but over the years I've sent in 2-3 tickets and had them answered well within 24 hours. |
