Hold an expansion draft?

Hi all,

I started a 1995 season and decided to expand by 4 teams

How do I manually set up an expansion draft in order to get these teams full of players?

This should really go into "New to the Game"...

But besides that: Go to League Setup, it's in the top left hand corner of the screen on the leftmost tab.
