Before I take the buying plunge...an in-game question

I like a sports sim with a little more in-game graphics and sounds like in OOTPBB......I see there is a hockey rink screen while playing a game out manually but the screenshot that is posted has no visible icons for the players playing on the ice nor a puck icon so my obvious question is there player icon movements and the puck movement that we see on this rink during the games along with some game sounds or is this strictly an Evelyn Wood "text speed reading" only game and the rink picture is just "eye candy"?

No movements or designated sounds, but, then again, the team is working on a patch that should be released in the next few days, so anything is possible (but not likely on this particular front).

It's a pretty great game, all considered, but if you're worried about it, I would wait to see what was added in the next update.

dont be fooled into buying this game right now wait for prolly atleast FHM 2018 they are updating it extremly slow buggy game is pretty much unenjoyable right now good luck makeinng it past second season. send me email ill hook u up with a copy of it

Everyone knew when buying it that it was a FIRST release and a lot would have to be done. They are working hard at it to make it better.

I looked at it to be a donation/contribution to get them off the ground since OOTP is so awesome I also want an awesome hockey game that will get new updates every year.

I remember when I got OOTP1, it was soooooo raw but look at it today.

If you have no patience then you may want to wait for the new release. Or decide to support them as long as they are working hard at it.

It's not like your buying a car, it's just a small amount of money on a game of one of your favorite sports. They need financial support to survive.

I bought this game last night. I actually didn't even know this game existed until yesterday. I found it by looking up if I could use EHM 07 on a windows tablet. It took me to the blue line forums where there is a section for this game. I then came to these forums and read over all the problems, ultimately as a HUGE fan of EHM 07 that like others is disappointed that, that franchise is gone forever, I just had to buy a key for this game despite it's current developmental issues. Big thing for me that will make this pay off is the year to year improvement. We may not have a great game this year, maybe not even next, but hopefully if I (we) continue to support the game year to year, the team will stay behind the product and continue to improve it. I looked at my $40 as an initial investment that may not pay off for a few years. I know my $40 in the grand scheme of things isn't so important but my $40 plus hopefully many more investors $40 will pay off huge dividends down the road in a great NHL franchise simulator that puts EHM 07 to shame.
