Hello all. I was wondering what the benefits of an almanac are versus just loading a backup?

The Almanac isn't something you load up, it's something you save.

Much like league history, only you have the option to save a lot more stuff than the default history saves in game.

so basically the almanac gives you the option to always save your league history in case you delete it in the future to make your league run faster as one option?
