Player Pictures - I don't want them but they're there

In a couple of my leagues I don't want any player pictures AT ALL, so I have FaceGen disabled on my game settings page.

However, when I go click on a profile, it gives me a FaceGen pic. I do not want a fictional FaceGen pic. I do not want anything to show up there. This works in one of my games, where I had FaceGen disabled from the start, but not two others where I disabled it after I created the league.

Any idea how to fix this?

Go into your saved game's news\html\images\profile_pictures and person_pictures folders and delete everything. Restart and that should do it.
If not, you may need to rename the faces.dat file in that saved game's folder as well.

I had already deleted all of the profile_pictures and person_pictures, but what it was doing was creating a NEW picture when I clicked on the profile.

Fortanutely, I figured out the issue. I had fgs in the fg_files folder, so it was using those to create a new image, even with FaceGen turned off for that game.

Glad you got it figured out, but having facegens in the fg folder should have nothing to do with loading pics if you've got all the facegen options set to not show any pics...did you set it to Disabled on the preferences/facegen tab? That's supposed to be the Main setting for facegen and override all other fg pic options..
In other words, if you disable facegens from the Preferences facegen tab, the game should never create any facegens irregardless of how your in game pic options are set for facegen.

I didn't want to disable FaceGen entirely because I have other leagues that I would like to have FaceGen.

It only affects that saved game, not any others.

No, I meant disabling FaceGen in OOTP Preferences
