Pitching Rotation/Depth Problem

Inside the game, when I set the pitching rotation, the Mop-up reliever depth has only 3 slots available; yet when I go to the league website, it is shown as having 4 slots and no section for a Spot Starter.
My question is if the Spot Starter is added to the Mop-up Reliever section and if so, how is the order decided?

I would count on what is in the game as being right and the website being wrong.

It isn't the spot starter, it's the last pitcher in the middle reliever slots, if I remember correctly.
