Any new modifiers or traits for negotiations
For 15, are there any changes to the game that change how player and coach contract negotiations work? I'm not aware if there are any GM experience or prestige issues at play when it comes to attracting players or coaches, but in real life, I'd assume that better, more savvy GM's should be able to shmooze there way through contract negotiations easier.
I know the game tracks player greed, and perhaps (in a hidden way through years of experience) a coach's interest in accepting a position within your organization, but does the game take into account the GM (me)? At first, when you're first "hired", I wouldn't expect to own the room. But, after a year or so, some success, or a chance great trade, I'd expect the league to start listening to me a little more. Of course, I'm referring to offline play.
Another example: When trying to hire a good, young coach for a single A position, as the guy offering the job, he sees your low frequency of promoting coaches through the ranks and, subsequently, asks for more money to coach for you, since he might be stuck at single A for a while.
