No winning or losing pitcher

I posted earlier (without photographic proof) of a game-crashing bug I had after simming out the last few innings of a game, where I got a message saying 'no winning or losing pitcher'. Now it happened again, and I got it on 'film':

Next up, Bigfoot haha. I wanna draft him as my 'can't miss' prospect for 1B.

Another interesting wrinkle: As you can see on the screenie, my CF was hurt in that game; I was trying to put him on the DL, but the 'transaction' section of the right-click menu wasn't there.

Any help or suggestions welcome!

Well when you were trying to put the guy on the DL were you in real time sim mode still? I'm not sure if it matters, but it might.

As for the no winning or losing pitcher thing... I have no idea.

Barring forfeits, a game played to a decision has to have pitchers of record.

The game hasn't been played to a decision - it's still ongoing. Look at the top right hand corner of the screen.
