Feeder League question

How do I stop my NCAA feeder league from signing released players from major league teams? Is there a box that I forgot to check. Thanks in advance for any help.

There is indeed a box. Under major league settings in League Setup, there's "Allow free agents to leave league", which needs to be unchecked.

Sadly, this method can't be used for independent leagues, but they normally don't have players that young anyway so it shouldn't be a problem.

I don't see this in league setup anywhere.
