Importing older version league

I tried to import a league (from the link below) and when I tried to load into OOTP 2014 it said it was saved in 2013, so I imported and then it said the world.dat file was from 2012 so it cannot be loaded.

Is there anyway to change the files to make them load into OOTP 2014?

If not is it at least possible to capture the rosters (players names and ratings) and import them into a new 2014 league?

I should let you know, I am new to this game and have never modded any game before so assume I am 6 years old

It is for OOTP 12... I imported it to 13 and then to 14 for you... Here is a download link to my Dropbox account...

This is a league file, so put it into your saved games folder, then start the game, select load game, then select heroes1...
