Question Schedule for a fictional/MLB hybrid league. How??

Okay, as I have stated in other posts I have made and threads I have started, I am just recently getting back into OOTP (been out since 2007 or so) and I am kinda lost. I have been getting a bit better, however, as certain things are starting to come back to me and I am starting to remember more. I used to uses modified schedules back when I used to play OOTP, but I have forgotten how to do them now.

What I have (what it is) and what I am looking for ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

I am creating a league, a hybrid leaue, that is based on MLB rules and regulations, loaded with fictional teams and most of the MLB teams are in the league I am creating as well.

What I have:
I have a league structure that looks like this ~

2 Sub-Leagues;
(American League, National League)

6 Divisions per Sub-League;
(North Eastern Division, South Eastern Division, North Central Division, South Central Division, North Western Division, South Western Division)
**Each Sub-League is set up identical to each other

4 Teams per Division;
6 Divisions x's 4 Teams per Division = 24 Teams per Sub-League which = 48 Teams per league (the parent league)

What I am looking for:

I need a schedule that can/would be hadle this set-up. I am sure that there is one, but I forgot something. I forgot what is important when considering schedules. Do I want certain teams to play other certain teams more than other teams that are out of the division, league, ect.?
And, how would, or could, I create a schedule anyways? I want something realistic (although I understand my league isn't realistic), but I want something that would be fair across the board.

Any help would be appreciated!!!

On a serious note...., yes, the schedule I found will work for my set-up. The only thing is that the schedule is set-up so that all games played will be played at 7:05pm. Is there a way to make it so that some games are played at 1:05pm and 3:05 om sometimes? Thank you i advance....

Yes but you will have to edit manually or by copy/paste. I wish it was easier.

Edit the schedule with Notepad++, its free!!
It has a search, find and replace feature where you type in what to find and then you can replace that text with something else...
