Minor League Question

So I have a fictional game going (in off-season following 2015 season) and just have a quick question. In my game, each major league club has the following minor league set up:

1 AAA team
1 AA team
2 A teams
1 Short-Season Team
1 Rookie Ball Team

I was just curious if there is a way to designate one of the Single-a teams as a High-A level and the other as a Low-A level.

Could label it in names & affiliations Southern League H-A Pionneer League L-A, just a thought. I stay away from more then one Single A for my fictional leagues.

I am interested in an answer to this as well since this is the same set up I have. It seems that OOTP does not distinguish between high A and low A to me since when promoting and demoting players (when right clicking on a player name), one of the A teams is listed above the other but in the drop down box in the organizational tree the other is listed first.

The traditional IRL High A teams and mid A teams are seperated by the league modifiers, if you go to Game-->Setup&Options--->League Setup--->Strategy, then select say, the FSL, the modifiers will be higher than the SAL.

That's the only way to differentiate leagues, afaik. I don't see why or how it would be so difficult to code it in, but apparently it is. I mean... AAA and AA are coded in, why not just... differentiate high A, mid A, and low A (what people call Short-A)
