Minor league stat basis

as has been discussed before there is a known bug with the minors stats adjustment factor- usually resulting in some really weird stats. as recommended so far i have managed by going and reset the factors once every 3 to 4 year cycle... (once i see stats leagues are way off)...

Now i got curious, as anyone ever tried to just set the Minor leagues stat basis to let say 1950? would that keep looking at the historical values and adjust accordingly? i would do this without changing the Majors which i am letting evolved on its own

It should. But it would change according to the majors' historical values not minors' historical values since those aren't programmed in the game.

ok. thanks. but it would at least keep them in line. i'll try it...just want to avoid forgetting to check rookie league when it starts and having my league ERA at 12, which is not really a problem since ERA+ gets adjusted, by looks weird when i look back 2 years later..
