How do you restore a game?

Restoring a game is a pain in the butt to me right now. When I try to back the game up, I get this message:
RESTORE_DIALOG::start_restore - could not create target folder

Do you know what the target folder is named? Maybe it already exists. Or maybe you could make an empty folder named that yourself.
