Opinion Question
I am in the process of putting together a 2013-2014 logo set. I have decided to use cap logos for all GCL and AZL teams. Which style for Philadelphia do you like best. They are one of the tougher teams. I like the white P myself, but it doesn't always look great in the standings/schedule screens against a white background. I am trying to use colors that will work in all situations, with any skin.

lol...ok...which do you like best?
but really, in other screens, red is the best. I could also do the white with a red outline, but that wouldn't matter in the main team screen, due to the red background. Last edited by PSUColonel; 12-13-2013 at 09:51 PM. |

Or I could just make it nice and plain.

If it were me, I'd go with the blue. The white, as you said, results in a poor look on the standings screen.

Blue's definitely best. Though, as a Mets fan, my real opinion is 'it's the Phillies, who cares!'

Huh. I completely disagree. As a Phillies fan myself, I don't think of blue as one of our colors (even though it is). I would go with the red, or a red-outlined white. |

Nothing against red. It just doesn't stand out in those first screenshots.

while we are at it...what do you think of that Yankees logo in the standings screen?
Be honest...I am trying to make these a good logo pack...I am simply experimenting. |

Eh, the white doesn't really work against the white background. Same problem as with the red Phillies logo and red background.

right...problem is the other Yankees GCL team has blue. I could just make them the same I guess. I made the braves A red. There are a host of teams with white lettering as their cap logos. For instance, I will likely have to make the SD for San Diego gold.
The problem with the Yankees, is the blue NY doesn't look great against the blue background on the team screen. It seems I am damned either way. I am looking for a solution to this problem. Last edited by PSUColonel; 12-13-2013 at 11:04 PM. |

I am also using colorwerx for all colors...so all the colors will be true...if I can just find a solution to the GCL/AZL issues.

Lake Buena Vista Braves, and others:
The braves have a white outline you can't see...I am considering eliminating it. |

Some newer ones not found in the all in one:
Make sure you keep a grey/silver background for the Hudson Valley team page. Last edited by PSUColonel; 12-13-2013 at 11:19 PM. |

How is this for a solution? Anybody like this? How about Atlanta? Which is better?
