Time stamp off by 18 minutes

Times are displayed as 18 minutes after the real time. So if I post a message at 1:00 pm, it is displaying as 1:18. What's going on?

Posting here to see if this is the case for me...

Seems to be. Comes up as "8:41pm", which is EST due to my settings. The actual time according to my computer is 1:24am GMT, which is 8:24pm EST...

I have long had this problem but never bothered to post about it since it was almost always consistently off.

We are attempting to narrow down this issue.

Test post for me is:

(edit for time stamp and differences....)

352 am for me, and the forum timestamp is 409 am. So yes there is an similar issue for me...checking some more parameters.
