How do I unlock OOTP 14 after Win 7 'reboot'?

Altho I supposedly did everything corrrectly, I lost ALL of my emails, so I no longer have the one from OOTP where I registered.

I emailed them a few days back requesting a resend of my registration number, but I haven't heard a thing!

It worked for OOTP 13, which is what the license was for.

I bought 14 a month later.

Now I have to install 14 and hope it works. For some reason, there is no uninstall for it nor is it showing in Ctrl Panel.

Weird.
