Revise Offer Minor League Contract

There is absolutely nothing wrong with this feature, except that it should take you to a confirmation screen when you click it, because if you click it on accident, you're done. Or it could just be moved to prevent accidental clickation, because I meant to offer someone a fontract, but Imclicked to offer him a minor league one instead.

Would also be nice if it checked to see if the player was even willing to negotiate with you. If you cut a player, they won't negotiate with you at all, typically, but offer minor force-feeds them a contract, which they'll often sign regardless.
