Uniform wordmark request: 1990 Erie Sailors

Can anybody make this one for me? I can't seem to find a decent font:

It's almost the same as the "Pilots" font I requested a couple months back. Silvam, or anybody else, can you give me an assist? Thanks!

I just found a better image to rip it from. It still needed a little touching up, but not much.
