Waiver Claim Bug?

In one of my online leagues with 2 totally separate Leagues , a team in MY League waived a player, I claimed said player (My record is 10-21) a team from the OTHER league with an 18-15 record claimed him and got him and I received an e-mail telling me that my claim "is no longer valid. A team with a higher priority has claimed him" Shouldn't I have had a successful claim, and gotten the player?

Off the top of my head... perhaps it is still early in the season and last year's standings were used?

Last season the Team getting the claim was 65-58, we were 40-82.

Yeah can't explain that one. I've occasionally lost a waiver claim that I didn't understand why I lost. But most times I've had issues is in the first year of a league when there's no previous year's standings to base off of.

this is the kind of things we should be receiving emails about....everything should be documented and explained in detail.

In Game e-mails? I got one. As you can see Tyler Bedwell was waived by the Florida Sharks of My league and is now on the Cincinnati Admirals of the other league and I received an e-mail that said a team with a "higher Priority" claimed him

that's good, but it should say which organization. But seriously there are a lot of other areas within the game where you don't get emails about what I consider to be important events. eg...minor leaguers who are ready to be deactivated from the IR...minor league injuries, etc... all of those pop-ups we get while summing should be put into email form.

This same thing happened an online league I am in (NABL). But in this case I got the player when he should have gone to another team in my same league but who had a worse record both this year and last year. The commish fixed it by moving the player to the other team.

Definitely something to this issue though I don't know how wide spread it is.

The most interesting part is that this is the NARBL, if you didn't notice

hmmm so it is either the "N", "A", "B", "L" coincidence or the fact I'm in both leagues (NABL Death Valley NARBL Mexico City)
