Fictional League Logos

So I'm seeing a ton of help with logos on the forum but I'm making a fictional league with my local high school baseball teams schools so obviously I can't find any of the right logos.

I don't expect anyone to make jersey set and logos for my league so I would love if there was some kind of tutorial on this, so I can take this project on. I've searched quite a bit and there is nothing I can find that tells your really how to do this kind of thing. (Making logos and uniforms)
