Simulating until the '14 offseason

I'd like to simulate to the 2014 offseason without making any roster moves during the '14 simulation.

What's the best/easiest way to keep teams from making roster changes?

I know how to turn off trades and injuries. Is there anyway to freeze rosters/lineups?

Click on your League Options then click on your League Setup and click on the "Set all teams to NOT allow AI roster changes"...

Don't forget to turn off injuries as well, and turn them back on once you resume. Also, disable the draft and the generation of international prospects, and re-enable them once you hit the offseason...
