Strange Issue with AAA Team
So I just bought the game and set up a fictional league.
Everything was going fine until I had the first amateur draft. I noticed that for some reason, all my draft signees were getting dropped into my AAA league, not my rookie leagues. (Then demoting everyone to the right place gave me an entirely-angry rookie class.) The teams are listed in the correct order (AAA, AA, A, etc.) under Minor League Overview, but right-clicking on any player shows the AAA team listed last under the transaction menu (after the rookie leagues). I can't find any reason why this is happening. Can anyone help? How do I fix this? |

If you have the minors set up without allowing ghost players, the AI will send everyone to AAA. Check and see if you have that selected.

I've read the description of the ghost players setting, but am still a bit confused as to what it means.
If you're using ghost players, does that mean, even if you only have 5 pitchers and one SP on you AA team, we just assume a full rotation exists of AA-replacement-level pitchers, and the AA manager won't be going insane or trying to pitch guys on 2 days rest just to avoid forfeits, etc.? |

Correct, it allows positions to be vacant and the game still produces results without overusing/abusing the players on the roster.
