First Impressions

My impressions of OOTP Baseball were immediate from the time I first hit the OOTP web site and have stayed the same as I have now been all through the web site, the tutorials, the forum, downloaded the game and purchased. My impressions are that it ALL seems to be very squared away and you can tell that this is a matured program. The program seems to run very smoothly and perform flawlessly. The web site with the forum integrated, the Central Add-Ins all point to a well-oiled machine that is running on all cylinders. The intricacies and complexities built-in are quite overwhelming but at the same time laid-out in an interface that allows you slowly take it in without getting lost. This is a highly complex simulation to get a firm hold of even for avid baseball fans and makes you realize how much you have to learn about the behind-the-scenes responsibilities and happenings. Very eye-opening to say the least. I am looking forward to seeing what I can do with it and have already found myself finding it hard to leave the computer at times. First impressions are Wow... very well done!

I've been playing OOTP since day 1, have every version. I wish I had a nickel for every hour I spent playing OOTP. I'd be rich beyond my wildest dreams.

Awesome, awesome game, very addictive. The depth is unmatched imo.

You can see how it's grown by leaps and bounds. It was, like any game, rough around the edges early on, but the Developers dedication and the support of the community have brought it to where it is today.

The future of this game is very bright - you need sunglasses on to look at it.

Looks like it has come a long way! Not sure how I missed the boat on this one but I am glad I found it!
