Manager recommendations on trades

In iOOTP the manager gives input on potential trades ( his opinion on whether it's a good or bad deal). Is there any way to turn this on in OOTP?

OOTP used to have this feature in older versions, but it was removed because I think the majority of the community found it made trading easier (or just didn't like it). Personally I didn't mind it - a lot of the times I didn't agree with the manager's opinion and was going to do what I wanted to do anyway, but I still kind of liked hearing what he thought.

The guy who does iOOTP probably just decided to leave that feature in.

I wish we didn't even have immediate feedback from the other GM. I'd like to see a system where you can inquire about players, and a "listing system is actually used and pratical... ala FM. Hot Young Prospect, Available, untouchable, on the block, etc...

OK, I could maybe understand not getting feedback if you're doing a sim in the early 1900's... but I personally would like to see more dialogue from and with the AI GM's...

"Hey, we really like Ace Pitcher, is he untouchable?"

"No, but any package from you would have to have Stud Shortstop in the deal!"

You can stop beating the FM drum so hard... if you want to play FM, go play FM.
