Developing Players as Pitcher and Batter

Just signed a player out of the international signing period. On a 2-8 scale, he is a 6/6/6 on the pitching side (stuff/movement/control) and 5/8/3 on the hitting side (contact/power/patience).

Is there anyway to develop the player through the minors as both a hitter and pitcher?

bopol, I've been doing it successfully, I'll type up a "How to" and post it for everyone today. I'm getting of typing it out every time someone ask about it LOL

Hey Pain, great post! I actually have Babe Rith as a young pitcher in a random debut league, but I do not have minor leagues. Will your method work at the major league level. I am using the development engine, not historical stata.

There is no reason it can't/won't work at the ML level
