OK, you can release all players into a free agency pool. For people who want to play truly custom leagues and set up their own organizations, it would be nice if there was a way to release all coaches and have a coaches signing period before a season.

I don't know if it's a programming thing or a license thing or lack of interest thing (damn I sound like Lou Brown) but it would be cool if you could control a team without losing the GM personality that is already there. For example, you take control of the Yankees and Brian Cashman remains the GM, rather than you becoming the gm.

I guess this one may be easily fixed with some editing, though.
