Why don't we get notices that our minor league personnel are in the final year of their deals like we do with the players?

Drives me crazy to get a email message out of left field towards the end of the year to see all my minor league staff leaving because their contracts ran out. Yeah I know its a simple thing to go and extend them prior, but I always seem to forget. Is it so hard to give you the same email regarding the minor league staffers?

Then of course after they leave you can never resign them because they aren't interested in talking with you anymore.

Please send an email regarding the minor league staffers getting ready to leave if contracts aren't renewed...

that's why I check the potential free agents on your team sub menus to find out who I would lose or don't mind losing

Agree. But on the meantime, you could setup a reminder.

Having an organizational overview page for personnel where you can see all coaches from every level at the same time, their ratings and contracts, would be incredibly useful.

Agree with any of the proposals. Even just a notification on your manager home page would be something.
