It would be quite cool (and useful for fictional setups) if we could allow or disallow free agents from specific leagues rather than just a "Allow free agents from other leagues" setting as it is now. The obvious use is stop an independent minor league signing players from other independent leagues, while allowing them to sign them from the major leagues, or disallowing trades between an indy league and the Majors while allowing them with other indy leagues. __________________
