Can I view the national teams for all the nations?

And also can I view a whole leagues player stats for every player?

There are no national teams in this version. Next year they are planning on adding it. If you were wondering if you can sort based on nationality to view stats or ability/potenial, no you cannot. No such filters exist at the moment.

Yes, you can view stats for everyone in the league
