100% Scouting & Scouting Budget - Question
I use 100% scouting for my main league. Do I need any money in my scouting budget? I took over an expansion team and the scouting budget was around 4.8 million (1982 finances) I chopped it down to 1 million to free up $$ for FA. The majority of my major stars are edited players so I know what to expect from them, but dont know what to expect from the 2 star fringe player at AAA. Wondering if having such a low SB affects AAA development and what other things does it affect.

Not entirely sure, I'll play around with it though, but I will say this:
I would have a house rule that says I have to spend the league ave in scouting, even if it doesn't have any effect on things. (normally I spend well more than average on scouting and development budgets, but I also haven't played a league with 100% accurate in a while, been exploring the other end of it with low/very low, and combinations of Stats Only, etc) |
