Bench Coaches in Minors

So I started a new MLB QS with Houston and while hiring new coaches I noticed that their AAA team and their A teams had Bench Coaches. This caught me off guard cause I thought MLB was the only level to have bench coaches.

What's even odder is if I go to hire a new bench coach for those levels there is no option to offer bench coach job to anyone in minors nor can you appoint (pic below) anyone to bench coach. It doesn't even exist in the editor (pic below), but yet it exist cause I'm looking right at two guys who have jobs as bench coaches in the minors.

So what gives? Is this a bug? How does the Bench Coach job exist, but yet it doesn't?

Not only that he is getting paid $460,000 for three years, a salary that would not be realistic for any coaching position in the minors.

I always add NCAA and HS feeders for my leagues and it always generates a ton of extra coaches (obviously) so he was a fictional generated FA coach.

Since "I" was hired as the new GM in Houston and didn't get a fictional real chance to hire my staff I go into Commish Mode and "assign" FA coaches to positions in my organization. The reason I do this is cause 1) if you fire all current coaches you eat their entire salary and 2) by assigning them to position the AI generates the contract so while you don't eat the entire contract you might pay a little more for a coach which I'm fine with.

so basically I didn't offer that contract, the AI did, but I'm cool with it.
