Can't offer minor league contract extensions?

In past versions, you could offer a minor league contract extension to your minor league free agents, but in OOTP 14, I didn't have that option. As a workaround, I can use the function that offers minor league extensions to all minor league free agents and then just withdraw the offers from the ones I don't want to resign. It's not a big deal, but kind of strange and a little annoying.

Never mind, I think I figured it out. You can right click their name and choose "Offer minor lg extension." I still find it strange that you can't offer then a minor league contract extension the traditional way through the contract negotiations screen.
