Yes The demo for OOTP is fully functional. Unlike some games that cripple the demo.

Then what's the limit on playing the demo?

I don't know the answer to this because I have never played the demo. Hopefully someone knows the answer to this.

I believe the limit is you can only for a certain point. Maybe until the playoffs? Or until the off-season? Not sure, but it was something like that for OOTP 12 I believe.

If I remember correctly when I downloaded a demo years ago it gives you 14 real world days of playing time. After which you will most likely be frantically running around trying to find your credit card.

Not sure, But it may be limited to just one season ... for I never lasted more than one day, when I decided to get the License ...

Why does it matter?

If you're going to play the demo, then you're going to buy the game. There's no other option.

If any man has ever played the demo and not immediately bought OOTP, I would not like to meet than man.

Ease up man. Maybe he wants to check player development over 10 seasons before he buys or something. If you only had a year, he wouldn't be able to do that.

FWIW, I think it's 14 real-world days or something, but I've also never played the demo so I don't know.

Maybe another game I was thinking of, but I remember trying in the past and you up to the trade deadline. So just enough to see your team do well, and then look for your wallet to see if you actually will win the pennant.

I don't think you get to play more then 1 season. Its 14 real world days or 6 months of game time I believe.

I played the demo for about 20 minutes before I got the game. Not sure why I waited so long.
