Established International Free Agents

In my game, the international amateur free agents happens every July 1st.

But my question is about the established FAs. When do we typically see established international free agents in our games? And is there a way to distinguish them from regular MLB players?

They come when players eligible for free agency declare for free agency- and one cannot differentiate between the two, beyond that they have no prior stats, and an email lists all of them when they are created.
