OOTP 14 for iPad

Is there a version of OOTP 14 for the iPad? I can only find a download for OOTP 13.

As far as I know it is the same game but has an update with the new 2013 rosters - so they have kept the 13 name for iOOTP 13 but have updated it for the new season - at least that is my understanding.
