Dynamically evolving leagues

Hi,

I started a fictional 20 team league, with each conference having two 5 team divisions. I have all of the dynamically evolving options turned on. At the end of the first season there was an option to allow a change in how long before arbitration would start. I am now in season 4 and have not had another change prompted yet. My question is how frequent should these changes be popping up. I don't want to manually do anything, I wanted things to just evolve naturally. Any help would be appreciated.

There is no set pattern to when or how often things change.
