International Players and the Rule 5 draft

It is my understanding from doing reading on the current CBA, that the Rule 5 "clock" should not start for international players until they are placed from the international complex to the team's minor league system. It seems that OOTP starts their Rule 5 clock from the date that they were signed and placed into the international complex.

Either that, or OOTP has not been updated to the new 4 and 5 year eligibility requirements. If a player is 18 or younger on June 5 of the year they signed, then the the player should not be eligible until their 5th Rule 5 draft, otherwise it is their 4th. So teams should have 4 or 3 years before they need to place players on their 40-man roster.

Case in point...Cisco Nevarez was signed in 2030 (at the age of 16) and assigned to my international complex. I moved him to my minor leagues in 2031 (at the age of 17) and he has played for three seasons in my minor leagues. The game is stating that he will be Rule 5 eligible at the conclusion of the 2034 season, 5 years after being signed and 4 years after being placed in the minors.

Not sure where the error is occurring, but Nevarez should definitely have another year before he is eligible for the Rule 5 draft.

dola, just noticed his contract status screen has him down as a professional for three years and is now eligible. FYI, he was not listed as eligible until after the 2033 Rule 5 draft, which would have been his third as a professional. Looking more likely that OOTP has not been updated with the newer 5 and 4 CBA eligibility rules.

Now, looking through my draft history it appears that other players are correctly being categorized with the 4 and 5 year designations under the new CBA. Perhaps it's only an issue with the international players.
