Trouble converting 13 to 14

Have any leagues had an issue with this?

My present league (which i am not commish of) has been unable to make the conversion. Several people have attempted to convert the file but everyone gets the same run time error. I really hope this can be resolved. Anyone else experience this or have suggestions?

It would help a lot if you told us what the error is.

I tried taking a screen shot but for some reason it wont work. What its is is a popup that says

"Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library" Below that it says

"Runtime error!
Program:C:\program files(x8...

This prgram has requested Runtime to terminate in an unusual way.
Please contact the applications support team for more information."

The commish has submitted a support ticket but I've heard from others support around here can be spotty.

I'm in this league as well but the problem is not just converting from 13 to 14, I get that error while downloading (either in game or from league forums) the 13 file and just trying to use that in 13.

This error also happened in a singleplayer league previously and the file was supposedly sent to Andreas, but I haven't got an update on it in a long while.

Well, one GM has finally got the file to convert.
