I got a new laptop...Can you move your game from one computer to another? Thanks

Yes. Save your league to a USB or external hard drive and then load it on your new computer.

or just ZIP it upload it to Dropbox or Mediafire. Whatever works easiest.

Yep. As long as you have OOTP installed on both computers, you can move your league files between them at will by saving onto a USB stick or using Dropbox.
