Game crashes intermittently

When building a fight card the program will crash, I could not upload the screen print as it exceeds the size limit. It is the generic grey box with program encountered an error and must close, message with the option to send a report to microsoft

It happens when I am setting up a heavyweight card, with a bout between Michael Spinks and Phil Muscato, When I try to select Muscato the program crashes, without fail. I can bring up his record under fighters but I cannot select him for a bout. The record may be corrupted, not sure what to do about it

More information. When I select Michael Spinks first then try Muscato, the game crashes. So I thought maybe it was Mucato's record. But I picked Muscato first and there was no problem, then I went to select SPinks and the game crashed. I cannot set Spinks and Mucato no matter what. I have seen the game crash before but it continue without issue when I restarted it.

Do you have the latest version? I know someone else reported this earlier and I was under the impression that it was fixed with version 1.1.
