Hiring Personnel - Need help
For some reason (Bug?) My "Submit Offer" button is grayed out, I can actually go to the "Offer Contract" screen but I'm unable to actually submit an offer....

Tried minor leagues managers/coaches and Scout....

Is there a particular setting I'm missing?

Also, two things:
  • You have to have a position open first. Fire, then hire.
  • On the offer screen, you must choose the position being offered.
