Autoexpansion and the Federal League

I notice the teams.csv file has the federal league teams in it.

With autoexpansion will the game add the federal league for 1914 and fold it after 1915?

In 11, 12 & 13 it did not. I dont have 14 but I cant see it being any different. I added the FED in a fictional league in 13 and kept it til 1920.

Thanks! Maybe it's just there for if you start a game in exactly 1914 or 1915.
