Collegiate summer leagues / Multiple teams owning players' rights

As a Massachusetts resident, I'm obviously familiar with the concept of collegiate summer leagues, such as the Cape Cod League. This would involve setting a secondary team (in a different league) to also own that player's rights, so I don't know if it's possible.

The major issue with this is that when two teams with the same player play each other, there would need to be code so that said player doesn't play for either side.

I believe Winter Leagues were a late cut for 14. Same deal as Summer leagues with the roster situation/sharing of players. So hopefully it'll happen in 15.
