ChrisG All Star Reserve Join Date: Jun 2013 Posts: 532	Managers distributed by former playing position I've noticed that OOTP seems to generate a lot more pitchers-turned-managers than there are in real life. I don't know how possible this is, but it would be cool if prospective managers were generated based on some sort of positional distribution. i.e. retired catchers would become managers the most frequently. Not a big deal or a big change, but it would be cool to see. I love seeing which ex-players turn into managers later on.
